We supply physical documents and legal guidance kits delivered to your address.

5. Fees and Payment

All services and products require payment in advance through our secure channels. Fees are listed on the relevant pages.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

To request a return of payments for services, please submit a notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Approved requests will be processed via the original method within 14 days. A 5% administrative charge applies. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

6.2 Info Products

Requests for return of payments for digital products must be made within 14 days of purchase and before download. After download, products are non-refundable, as immediate access is granted.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. Requests must be made via our contact form. Approved returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not returned.

7. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a service once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling beyond this may incur additional fees.

8. Non-Refundable Services

Court representation retainers and expedited filings are non-refundable due to third-party commitments and administrative preparation. Clients are informed of these conditions at the time of purchase.

9. Amendments
